I just want to destroy any myth or legend about making a fortune or giving up work to work from home on surveys, IT WON'T HAPPEN. But what this was for me was a chance to earn some extra cash to pay off a monthly bill or earn a little extra cash to have a nice day out with the family. And this is what the right survey site does it allows you to earn a little extra cash in your spare time whilst doing all the other jobs/chores/being a parent that perhaps you wouldn't otherwise be able to. I've spent many fruitless days on the internet trying to find a little extra income alongside the savvy shopping and savvy savings to no avail. But after getting my head into some of these survey sites I believe I have now found 4 or 5 sites that allow me to earn a little bit extra and Swagbucks is certainly one.

OK as you know when you're reading a review on SAVVY MOMMA you know your reading a review based on a real review from myself where any images you see will be my images from using the relevant site in question.

Onto Swagbucks, and I have to say on first impressions (this is after a couple of months of using the site) it really is a great site that offers many benefits.

There is certainly a lot to look through when you first start using the site and many options to explore but once you start feeling your way around the website and you start getting used to the different options available you will soon realise the really does have a lot of potential to earn cash back on many things including surveys, offerwalls and even online shopping.

Now if I was to base my experiences on my first 10 surveys I'd tell you to run a mile because to be honest I kept clicking on surveys, answer a few questions and then would be screened out for one reason or another. And this kept happening, sometimes the experience would feel longer, more questions no rewards, I said to my partner what is this site all about it's rubbish. But I continued, and persisted and then came my first reward, it wasn't mind blowing or made me feel like I'd just won the lottery but I'd succeeded and that felt GOOD (this is the case for many survey sites and as such I have included this statement/paragraph on each review. But I will reiterate that when you start getting used to completing the surveys and what they expect and how they work it really does start to become easy to complete the surveys and you also influencing something along the way as that's why the survey was created in the first place).

After a few days on the Swagbucks website I found many ways to earn Swagbucks (that's what you earn as you earn rewards for completing surveys, offerwalls, cashback and more). I'll be honest and as far as the surveys go I found that although I did complete these on this site I tended to use the other available ways to earn Swagbucks including earning cashback on purchases online, watching videos via the website and mobile apps and completing the many offers available whatever that may be via their 'Discovery' tab. Very quickly the Swagbucks added up in my account and very soon I was able to exchange my SB (swagbucks) for a £5.00 PayPal reward (800SB at the time of writing this).

As with the other sites I have reviewed on here Swagbucks is another great addition to earning a little extra each month (look at the disclaimer above, you will earn enough for a brand new car doing these sites) that pays for something like a little treat or a day out at the end of the month. On average in my spare time and alongside building this website I believe you can comfortably earn a tenner a week across all these sites by just completing a few surveys/offers along the which as mentioned earns a little treat for a little bit of your spare time.

There are another couple of sites that work similar to Swagbucks called PrizeRebel & ySense which are just as good and certainly worth a look as well as they offer different payout options such as PayPal & Skrill depending on which site you use. To read a full in-depth review of these two sites click here for the PrizeRebel review and here for the ySense one.

Please check out my video which gives a quick overview on the Swagbucks site and where and how to find things.
